NewPhotonics与Tower Semiconductor宣布，面向AI横向扩展和纵向扩展互连的激光器集成可维护光引擎PIC已开始大批量出货。已出货的NPG102支持800G和1.6T，采用每通道200G设计，并依托PH18DA硅光平台异质集成InP器件，在单个PIC上集成激光器、半导体光放大器、调制器和光探测器。
